Cooper Park is centrally located in the Mountain Home Parks system. The park also serves as the administrative headquarters for the Parks Department.  Many local sports program use Cooper Park as their home field including the Hurricane Swim Team, American Legion Baseball, and the Mountain Home High School Baseball Team.

The Parks Facilities include a youth center, walking/running trail,senior center, pool, baseball field, soccer field, nature pond, historical settlement, two pavilions, playgrounds, outdoor basketball, three tennis courts, outdoor fitness station, and much more.
